I can almost bet that there are a few thou­sand mar­keters that are groan­ing right now.  Most have learned that it is bet­ter to nar­row their prospec­tive cus­tomers down to a tight niche and only worry about build­ing a list of a few thou­sand cus­tomers.  I really can’t see why any­one should believe that but, they do.   If you owned a large shoe store on main street, USA and wanted to sell more shoes, would you nar­row your self to sell­ing only shoes for the left foot hop­ing to sell more right shoes to the peo­ple with only a right leg?  It makes about as much sense as stir­ring dirt into a cup of water and call­ing it cocoa.

If you are want­ing to build a busi­ness and learn to con­trol it so that it won’t con­trol you, then you do not nar­row your­self to the “niche” mar­ket of learn­ing only how to drive traf­fic, or when and how to use SEO.  Oh, and by the way all you real-world busi­nesses, those meth­ods can both adver­tise your brick and mor­tar world busi­nesses the same as the online busi­nesses.  Want another sur­prise?  Lots of times they can do it for free.
